Cast aluminium scroll with high performance steel impeller for improved air movement. Integrally fitted guards, 150mm round inlet and outlet spigots uniquely tapered increased air flow to the impeller. Thermal cut out switch as standard.
PV Fan – Impeller Longevity fan
All PV250 impellers are constructed from pressed steel, not aluminium strip runner impellers. In the past fans were built with strip runner impellers but the failure data on this type of construction convinced us galvanised pressed steel impellers offer the greater durability for the application.
The fan case is made from cast aluminium, where reduced weight and corrosion resistance is most needed.
